Grapes and Bananas are a great combination for a delicious smoothie. Beautiful rich green color of this smoothie comes from Green Kale. Easy smoothie recipe with the ingredients usually available all year round! Try purple Kale and Purple grapes and see what color this smoothie turns out.

 4 Celery Stalk Medium - 7 1/2" - 8" long 22.4 Cal 160.0 g
 4 cups Kale 29.4 Cal 84.0 g

Remove grapes from the vine and wash them thoroughly. Add to the blender. Adding juicy ingredients first helps blending the smoothie quicker.

Peel the bananas, cut into chunks and add to the blender.

Wash your kale and celery and cut into chunks. If you prefer you can destem kale first or keep the stems. Add to the blender

Add coconut water or regular water to the blender. Blend until desired consistency. Longer if you prefer smooth smoothie or quickly pulse if you like the chunky texture.

Finally, poor the smoothie into your favorite jar and enjoy sipping through the straw! Don't forget to chew! Remember, eat your liquids, drink your solids!
