Apple Pie in a jar! Thanksgiving, Christmas or any time you are in the mood for some Pumpkin Pie spice this delicious smoothie is easy to make with ingredients available all year round.

INGREDIENTS
 2 medium Granny Smith Apples 193.7 Cal, 334.0 g
 2 medium Gala Apples (or any sweet variety) 196.1 Cal, 344.0 g
 2 cups Broccoli whole pieces 48.3 Cal, 142.0 g
 2 cups Baby Spinach 13.8 Cal, 60.0 g
 1 slice - 1" diameter Fresh Ginger 1.8 Cal, 2.2 g
 ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 2.9 Cal, 0.9 g
 1 cup Coconut Water 45.6 Cal, 240.0 g
DIRECTIONS

Wash apples thoroughly to remove any wax or optionally peel the apples, remove cores, chop into pieces and add to the blender.

Pit the Dates and add to the blender.

Separate broccoli into small florets and add to the blender. Add spinach, ginger and Pumpkin Pie Spice

Add water or coconut water and blend until smooth. Enjoy in your favorite Jar!
