INGREDIENTS
3 Banana Fresh, large - 8" to 8 7/8" long
½ Pineapple, each - whole pineapple
4 Kale, Raw - leaf
4 Celery, Raw - medium stalk - 7 1/2" to 8" long
½ cup Coconut Water, Fresh Liquid from Coconut
DIRECTIONS

Peel bananas, cut pineapple into big chunks

Wash and chop kale and celery into big chunks. You can desteam the Kale or leave them. More nutrition to you!

Add all ingredients into high speed blender.

Add coconut water (or regular water) and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
