 3 Banana Fresh, large - 8" to 8 7/8" long 363.1 Cal 408.0 g
 ½ Pineapple, each - whole pineapple 226.3 Cal, 452.5 g
 4 Kale, Raw - leaf 14.0 Cal, 40.0 g
 4 Celery, Raw - medium stalk - 7 1/2" to 8" long 22.4 Cal, 160.0 g
 ½ cup Coconut Water, Fresh Liquid from Coconut 22.8 Cal, 120.0 g

Peel bananas, cut pineapple into big chunks

Wash and chop kale and celery into big chunks. You can desteam the Kale or leave them. More nutrition to you!

Add all ingredients into high speed blender.
