 5 Celery Stalks, Medium - 7 1/2" to 8" long 28.0 Cal 200.0 g

For this recipe fresh or frozen mango can be used. Peel and remove the pit if using the fresh mango and add it to the blender.

Use pre-made orange juice or for the best taste a freshly squeezed home made OJ. Add to the blender.

Add spinach and celery to the blender.
