OJ Mango Blueberry Kale Smoothie

The ultimate "UGLY" smoothie! This smoothie looks like mud! Yet it's delicious, full of nutritious ingredients and you can't even taste the greens! The secret combination is black (Lacinato, dark colored) kale + blueberries. Thy this smoothie and see how "UGLY" is actually "BEAUTIFUL"!

INGREDIENTS
 500 ml Orange Juice
 10 oz Pack Frozen Blueberry
 1 Bunch Lacinato Kale
 2 Ataulfo Mango Medium

Add orange juice to the blender. Freshly squeezed orange juice will make this smoothie that much more tasty and nutritious.

Add frozen (or fresh) blueberries and mango (can be fresh or frozen too)

Optionally destem Kale leaves, cut them into chunks and add to the blender.

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy in your favorite jar!
