Parsley is a great green to add to the smoothie. Mixed with fruit and other greens the taste is very mild and somewhat unusual! Try parsley in your smoothie and see if it's your 'cup of tea'. If not you can always replace it with any other green (kale, more spinach, romaine or chard)

INGREDIENTS
2 Pears Medium - 2 1/2" diameter
3 cups Orange Juice
4 cups Spinach
1 cup Parsley
5 Celery Stalks Medium - 7 1/2" - 8" long
DIRECTIONS

Core the pears, chop into large chunks and add to the blender

Add orange juice. For the best taste use homemade, freshly squeezed orange juice.

Add spinach, parsley and celery (chopped into big chunks)

Blend until smooth and enjoy in your favorite jar!
